Life is a complete act of creative expression in all that we do and all that we are. Every thought, action and deed creates our reality. What we mirror to the Universe, it mirrors back. When I inhale consciously and expand into the breath of life, I am reminded what my mission is here. It brings me to the present moment. Grounded in my body, I am an expression of life itself. We all are. We are connected to the oneness of creation from above, as this light resides within each of us. I revel in the loving earth energy that holds us all from below and cradles and nourishes our lives. Sweet Pachamamita.

Through the art I create, spirit channels a surge of emotions, sensations, and colors through me. The energy of love and life flow like a spring as I connect my heart and minds eye, stirring my soul so that I may become a channel and express fully what is received. Forwards and backwards, all timelines merge. I capture and express the depth of a moment, a glimpse into my reality, and a remembrance in all space and time.

I feel the presence of great spirit in all forms when I am painting - the plant realm, angelic realm and animal spirits. They visit me while infusing high vibrational love into each piece created. My intention always is to “Remember” and capture this experience so those viewing may receive this mirrored expression on canvas.

Transferring my visions onto the canvas can be a quickly flowing process or may take months, or even years, to complete. Many pieces have come from medicine journeys, sacred ceremonies, a symbolic event, meditation, or the simplicity of nature. Some come through as just energy, for that is what we are. It can be a powerful healing and moving encounter for me, connecting with Grand Espiritu and the elements.

I have been very drawn to the symbol Vesica Piscis for many years. The symbol has many meanings, yet for me it represents Divine Glory the Mother Goddess and her womb. The Vesica Piscis is born out of two circles. The intersection of the two circles creates a seed or opening shape which represents the birth and light of creation. It may also stand for unity, oneness, eternity, wholeness, and completeness as well as the Union of opposites to create harmony. There is a strong connection between this sacred geometry and the story of the universe. I place it at the bottom of my paintings which I believe adds another layer of healing, high vibration and a sense of inclusion that we are all connected…we are one.

I feel enormously blessed to be able to express my heartfelt, creative prayers in this way. It is an honor to share it with you and the collective. In full enormous Gratitude and LOVE to all that is.
